MyPCGames respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host, store, or distribute pirated games, cracked software, or any other infringing downloads on this website. All of our content is either original, properly licensed, or used in ways consistent with fair use, such as brief quotations, screenshots for review purposes, and factual reporting.
Our Copyright Stance
We take copyright infringement seriously. Game screenshots and artwork on this site are used for editorial illustration, commentary, criticism, and review — the kinds of uses that copyright law recognizes as fair use. If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on this site infringes your rights, we want to hear from you and will act promptly on valid notices.
How to Send a Takedown Notice
Copyright owners or their authorized agents can submit a takedown notice through our Contact page. To help us act quickly, please include the following in your message:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the page or content on MyPCGames where the infringing material appears.
- Your name, company (if any), postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How We Handle Valid Notices
When we receive a complete and valid takedown notice, we act promptly: we review the identified content and remove or disable access to it without unnecessary delay. If we determine that content was removed by mistake, we may restore it, and the affected party may file a counter-notice with the information required by law.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or contributors who are repeat infringers. Please use our Contact page for all copyright inquiries, and allow us a reasonable time to investigate before following up.
